Michelle Bogdasavich is a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Safe & Sound Protocol (SSP) practitioner based in Regina, Saskatchewan offering a gentle, trauma informed approach to healing and personal growth. With a blend of professional training and lived experience, she supports clients in creating meaningful, lasting change from the inside out.
Michelle holds a background in psychology and business, and spent nearly two decades in corporate leadership, where she was known for her strength in mentorship, coaching, and strategic problem-solving.
Her later-in-life ADHD diagnosis fueled a deeper exploration into how the brain works, how behavior is shaped, and how the conscious and subconscious minds communicate - all of which now inform her clinical practice.
Alongside hypnotherapy, Michelle offers the Safe & Sound Protocol (SSP) - a gentle, music based listening program designed to support the nervous system in feeling calmer, safer, and more regulated.
The SSP helps reduce overwhelm, improve emotional resilience, and enhance a client’s capacity to respond rather than react. It is especially supportive for neurodiverse individuals, including those diagnosed later in life, who often experience chronic nervous system dysregulation without realizing it.
Michelle’s work blends subconscious change with nervous system regulation, helping clients shift long-held patterns that contribute to anxiety, burnout, limiting beliefs, and emotional reactivity. By addressing both the mind and the body, her approach allows clients to experience deeper clarity, stability, and a greater sense of internal safety - all essential foundations for meaningful, lasting healing.
Her sessions are deeply client-centered, blending science and intuition, structure and empathy, all within a safe, collaborative space.
Michelle is passionate about helping others uncover what’s been holding them back, reconnect with their inner clarity, and step into lives that feel more aligned, empowered, and fulfilling.
